How I work
Practical, hands-on and personal. I listen first, clarify the actual problem, then plan and deliver the work with you.
Start a website project →- 01
First conversation
You tell me about the business and what isn't working.
- 02
Clarify the goal
We agree who the site is for and what it should get them to do.
- 03
Agree scope
Pages, content, timing and who does what, written down.
- 04
Build
I write, design and build, sharing progress as it takes shape.
- 05
Review and refine
You review a working preview. We adjust until it's right.
- 06
Launch and handover
We go live and you know how to look after it.
One person leads the project from start to finish. When the work needs a specialist, such as a photographer or developer, I bring them in and coordinate them.
You deal with me
I lead the project myself, from the first conversation to launch.
Plain language
No jargon. You always know what is happening and why.
Specialists when needed
I bring in and coordinate other contributors when the project needs them.
In person where it helps
One South Korean client flew me to Seoul for a month to work alongside their team.
Tell me about your business and what you need the website to do.
A short email is enough. I'll reply personally.
